October 17, 2004: The Red Sox were down three-games-to-none, but dodged the bullet by winning 6-4 in 12 innings to the delight of 34,826 of the Fenway faithful; before the game, Kevin Millar told the Yankees, “You had better win tonight,” and the game featured Dave Robert’s iconic steal, a blown save by Mariano Rivera and a two-run walk-off homer by Big Papi.
