October 8, 2004: After losing a 6-1 fifth inning lead the Boston Red Sox defeat the Anaheim Angels 8-6 in ten innings to sweep the Angels in the American League Division Series; the Red Sox win came on a two-run David Ortiz walk-off home run in front of 35,547 Fenway fans, and the win went to Derek Lowe who shut down the Angels in relief.
