September 10, 1999: Pedro Martinez pitched a gem, striking out 17 Yankees and holding New York to one-hit as the Red Sox triumphed 2-0 before a crowd of 55,239, at Yankee Stadium; first baseman Mike Stanley sparked the Red Sox offense with four hits, including a double and a two-run homer that provided the winning margin.
