June 30, 1950: Dom DiMaggio’s sixth inning home run and RBI single in the fourth spark the Red Sox to a 10-2 win over the New York Yankees before a crowd of 32,539 at Fenway Park; Joe DiMaggio homers in the 8th inning for the Yankees and the DiMaggio’s become the first brothers since 1935 to hit home runs in the same game.
