June 29, 1975: Back-to-back doubles by Bernie Carbo and Rick Burleson give the Red Sox a 3-2 win over the Yankees at Fenway Park as left-handed pitcher Rogelio Moret improves his record to 5-0; the win gives the Red Sox sole possession of first place in the American Lead East and they will hold on to first for the remaining 92 games of the 1975 season.
