May 25, 1935: Babe Ruth, playing for the Boston Braves, puts on one last show of power as he homers three times in an 11-7 loss to the Pittsburg Pirates; 10,000 fans were on hand at Forbes Field to watch the Babe hit the last home runs of his storied career, which ends when he retires from the Braves after just 28 games.
