January 19, 1916: The World Champion Red Sox announce that tickets for 1916 would be lowered from 1915 levels; box seats, which were limited to the first five rows from the field, were decreased from $1.50 to $1.00, all other seats in the grandstand were lowered to $0.75, and bleacher seats were available at $0.50 and $0.25.
