This Day in History: 2000-07-07
July 7, 1936: Braves Field in Allston was the site of the fourth annual All-Star game in MLB history and a disappointing crowd of only 25,556, saw the National League win 4-3, after dropping the first three All-Star games to the National League; all of the Boston Red Sox players attended the game except for Moe Berg who went to the library instead.
