May 20, 1919: Babe Ruth is the pitching and hitting star as the Red Sox defeat the St. Louis Browns 6-4 at Sportsman’s Park; the Babe pitched all nine innings to pick up his third win of the season and he hit a grand slam home run, the first of 16 grand slams he would hit in his career, in the second inning.
